Where are we headed?
At Lessr our mission is to encourage small and medium sized businesses to form a different kind of relationship with sustainability. A relationship built on economic value to those businesses, not simply a response to stakeholder pressure or compliance. We want to transform the world's value chains by unlocking techniques, data and solutions that always seek to do more whilst using less.
That's what sustainable means to us.
What's our purpose?
Our purpose is to bring to life the tangible benefit from the bond between efficiency and sustainability, especially for SMEs. We want to do it differently by avoiding ratings, indices and benchmarks, and focus on our ambition to scale technology solutions engineered to help the world's SMEs show how much there is to be gained from sustainable action.
Our Story
Lessr was born out of more than a decade of experience working with global supply chains. In this often misrepresented space were millions of brilliant businesses wanting to understand how sustainability could, and should, be working for them. Eventually, we decided it was time to put SMEs first and find a way to create sustainability-inspired financial value which was honest, measurable and long-lasting.
Chris and Damien, the duo behind Lessr, have worked with one another since 2012 on sustainability data projects for the likes of the World Bank, WBCSD and some of the world's largest and best known businesses. They're both always open to conversations that activate real change.
